Candidates for this year must have a legal professional qualification certificate, or the candidate must also have a patent attorney certificate. And the business field must be intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, anti-unfair competition and other related fields. Furthermore, the ID card shows the date of birth should be after January 1, 1973. Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials provided by themselves. If found someone being insincere, the application qualification and selection qualification will be cancelled.
