IP PEOPLE: Coolpad Sues South Korean NPE Pantech in China Over SEP Royalty Rates
Yulong Computer Communication Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pantech") with Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court for the royalty rates of global standard essential patents (SEPs).
