Background

Based on the opinions of the State Council on speeding up the construction of intellectual property rights under the new situation, Guangdong Province approved to hold 2017 Guangdong Intellectual Property Trading Expo (hereinafter to be referred as ‘The Expo’) in Nanfung international conference and exhibition center from August 31 to September 1.

Contents

The Expo constitutes of three parts: IP Trading Fair, The Pearl River Forum, and Special Event.

l  IP Trading Fair includes 6 theme exhibition areas, which are IP Transaction and Operation, Enterprise Patent Technology, Cultural Innovation, National Defense Patent Technology, Patent Technology of Universities and Research Insititues, IP on Martime Silk Road.

l  The Pearl River Forum, based on the relationship of innovation and intellectual property, divides into 1 main forum and 7 sub-forums.

l  Special Event is made up of pan-pearl river delta closed-door conference, IP cities, Products show and new products release.

IMPORTANT:

1.     Free of charge: Attending the Expo is totally free. However you shall bear all the expenses which happens during the Expo. Confirmation email will be sent to you within a week when the committee received the application form.

2.     Booth: Your side shall bear all the expenses of designing, constructing and carrying your own booth materials. Besides, only the Expo’s appointed partner booth constructor is acceptable. You shall not look for other constructors. Charging standards will be sent to you later if you are interested.
